● 1. 防腐层： 即内表层，由内衬树脂+玻璃纤维表面毡或有机纤维聚酯毡构成，树脂含量＞90%。此层气密性好，内表光滑，主要提供制品的防腐、防渗功能。此层厚度＜1mm。

● 2. 防渗层：由内衬树脂+无碱玻璃纤喷射纱或短切毡构成

，树脂含量为70-80%。该层主要的作用是防腐蚀、防渗漏、保护防腐层，提高防腐层的抗内压能力。根据工况介质不同，层次厚度通常在1-6mm。

● 3. 结构层：由结构层树脂+无碱玻璃纤维构成，树脂含量为30-40%。此层厚度根据制品的受力情况经过科学、合理的优化设计及积累的工程经验确定，并通过微机控制，采用螺旋、环向或加单向布的缠绕成型方法，使得此层具有较高的力学性能，为玻璃钢制品提供抗内、外压力及外部载荷。此层厚度较大时需要多次成型。

● 4. 外保护层：由富树脂层或耐老化胶衣构成，制品在室内可以用富树脂层加入紫外线吸收剂，室外选用耐老化胶衣。主要作用为延缓制品的光氧老化。此层厚度＜1mm。
